2nd experience: same as below. We had ECS install a new unit downstairs once we completed the construction downstairs. Awesome job done once again. Highly recommend 1st experience: Scott was extra professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Followed up with us shortly after the installation to ensure the unit was working as it should. He showed us how to use the controls and cleaned up afterwards. Will use him again!
